Order Cancelled Before Delivery Of Goods


If you cancel your order before your goods are dispatched (which will usually be within 24 hours of the time when the order was placed) you will be entitled to a full refund of the price and delivery costs (or if only part of your order is cancelled, that part of the price and delivery costs that relates to the cancelled part of the order will be refunded).

 
Return Of Goods


You have 7 working days from the day after the date of receipt of the goods to cancel your order by contacting our returns department which are contactable in the Members Area, under the 'Returns Request' category.  Here you will be able to inform us which order you would like to return and also explain your reason for the cancellation.  Once this is done a member of our team will get in contact with you to inform you of the status of your return request and provide you with all the relevant details.  Notification by telephone is not sufficient.

You will be liable for any costs involved in returning the goods to WholesaleStockDrop.com if you cancel your order or return a product.

If you fail to return the goods to WholesaleStockDrop.com within 7 days of the date of cancellation, WholesaleStockDrop.com will be entitled to recover the goods and deduct the cost of doing so from any monies owed to you.
 
WholesaleStockDrop.com will refund any monies paid by you for the products purchased (not the delivery charge) as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from the date of notice of cancellation.  The refund shall be made by the same method as payment.
 
Damage caused to any returned Goods which is due to faulty packaging is the responsibility of you and WholesaleStockDrop.com will not refund you any money.
 

Returns Of Defect Or Faulty Goods

Branded Goods
Any faults or defects of Branded goods supplied by WholesaleStockDrop.com should be taken up with the manufacturer company and not WholesaleStockDrop.com.  WholesaleStockDrop.com do not take any responsiblity for any faults or defects on branded goods. 

All branded goods supplied by WholesaleStockDrop.com will come with manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise stated).  Therefore any faults or defects must be reported directly to the manufacturer and not WholesaleStockDrop.com.
 
Unbranded Goods
Any faults or defects of unbranded goods supplied by WholesaleStockDrop.com are warranted free for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated).  
 
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery you should notify WholesaleStockDrop.com within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery via contacting our returns department which are contactable in the Members Area, under the 'Returns Request' category.  Here you will be able to inform us of which order you would like to return and explain what has happened.  Once this is complete a member of our team will get in contact with you to inform you of the status of your return request.
 
If the goods supplied develop a fault or defect while under WholesaleStockDrop.com warranty (after the 48 hour period) WholesaleStockDrop.com should be contacted immediately via the same means as above.

What Method To Use For Returning Faulty Or Defective Goods

When returning a faulty or defective product you will need to send it back via Royal Mail as our address is a PO Box address and courier companies can not deliver to PO Box addresses.

We recommend that you use recorded delivery and that you take appropriate insurance against loss or damage of goods in transit.
