No, there are no extra/hidden charges after you have placed your order. The price that you see just before you pay for your order is the total price that you will pay.

Yes, we have included VAT into all of our prices and a VAT invoice is available for you to print in your account area under Order History.
| Do You Ship Internationally? |
No, we do not ship internationally at this time. We are exclusive to the United Kingdom. If we have enough requests from outside the United Kingdom then we will expand to these countries in the very near future.
No, it is not possible for you to collect your order as all orders are processed through our system which automatically books them with our courier company ready for collection.
| How Can I Track My Order? |
The way you can track your order is through DHL's website. Upon placing your order with us you will receive an email from DHL direct informing you that your order has been collected along with a unique tracking number for your order.
| How Long Should I Expect My Order To Be With Me? |
We aim to get your order to you within 2-3 working days providing that no additional security checks are needed to be made.
| What Happens If I Am Not In When The Driver Comes? |
The courier company that we use is DHL and the service we have chosen enables you to receive your order from 8am till 9pm from Monday to Friday. Which gives you a better chance of not missing the driver. However if you do, the driver will put a card through your letter box which will have a telephone number for you to call so you can arrange a re-delivery at a more convenient time for you. Depending on the time you call they will try and re-deliver on the same day as the cut off time is 9pm.

You are more than welcome to buy the whole lot, however we cannot provide you with any further discount as the price we provide for all our products is our absolute rock bottom price - sorry.
