| How Long You Should Expect For Your Goods To Arrive |
All orders placed from WholesaleStockDrop.com website will be processed and dispatched the following working day provided that no additional security checks are required and the goods are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends, bank holidays or other public holidays.)
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched the following working day.
Delivery of your order will arrive within 2-3 working days from the date of placing your order. (Unless otherwise stated)
DHL delivery times are between Monday - Friday 8am to 9pm.
| What Happens Once You Place Your Order |
Upon your order being placed, you will recieve an email directly from DHL informing you that they have your goods and also inform you of a tracking number for your order which will enable you to track your order directly from their website www.dhl.co.uk.
When you receive the goods you will be asked to sign for them. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of the delivery at the delivery point then please sign for the goods as “unchecked”. Failure to do so may affect any warranty or return claims that you make thereafter.
During seasonal peaks such as Christmas, Valentines, Fathers Day, Mothers Day there may be a small delay in the dispatch of your order, but we will always keep you updated and increase our dispatch system to reduce the risk of this occuring.
